Well, nothing much (unless you have allergies -- note the budding trees). And oh yeah, what time is dawn these days?
Yeah, not feeling so hot this morning. Couldn't fall asleep last night, and could fall BACK to sleep this morning when I woke up well before dawn. I even had time to make McCann's steel cut Irish oatmeal this morning. That is just so WRONG, says the night owl. Happened yesterday too. Bear in mind, I am still really physically wiped out, but unfortunately, my brain cannot calm down and let me drift off to sleep.
(The physical lack of appetite I put down to the affects of the fever, etc. I mean, how else to explain weird moments like the fact that I didn't even half finish my frites from Les Halles Downtown last night? WTF? Those frites RULE.)
I suspect this stress/distress goes back to the fact that after yesterday's late afternoon conversation, my onco-nurse (and doc, but mostly nurse) has upset me so much that I am going to fire that team and swap docs. (Each oncologist has their own nurse, so it's a arbitrary pairing type of situation.)
And on that exciting and mysterious note, I am going to log off and get dressed for work.
Tune in soon for another exciting episode of "As The Squirrel Turns..."
