EatingWell Magazine's Sweet & Savory Beef Stew (w/ dried cherries & butternut squash) was the dish that got me hankering to make stews. (Wish I had a food stylist, so it looks like the magazine photo, but hey, it tastes good.)
My engineer's roast _____ which I diced lots of stuff for: oodles of carrots and celery. For the life of me, I cannot remember the meat involved (sausage? brats? I forget) but the end result was tasty!
And now, for some sleep!
